Instagram was very successful and accepted from users in
marketing purposes. My friends are using Instagram to promote their company
services and products according to nation channel Thailand. Instagram have been
used to in marketing by showing images and texts without audio and moving
visuals.
Facebook bought Instagram for 1 billion dollars in year 2011

Thailand. Instagram was finally released a video service like Youtube to
share audio and visual. The video can be 15 seconds. This is a great start of
an excellent improvement.
From my opinion, I still believe that adding video record to
share in Instagram is nothing special. I understand that Facebook and Instagram
required a lot of storage to store these video content. They have to carry
images, content data, and other related content on Facebook and Instagram with
over 1 million users around the world.
They can become the leader in social network; if they can
share live video content on Instagram or Facebook without using third party
provider like Youtube. In my opinion, this will become absolutely number one
social network.
I am also thinking about using Facebook, Instagram, and
Youtube, to promote and broadcast my content and services. Today social network
is the best and cost effective tool to replace traditional method like
Television, radio, and printed media. A lot of artists promote their song and
became popular over night. In the other hand, social network is a really
privacy invasion. Also using social media to market the services and contents
required much time.
The United States has a very good internet connection and
great coverage. I believe using social media to promote business is a great way
to start a business. The cost is low but it can be very effective. I can see
that social media can become popular by the user and replace traditional method
like television, radio, magazine, or newspaper.
